"Messaged back and forth a couple times to set up an appointment for a meet and greet with my dog and the dog I wanted to adopt. Everyone was super helpful and accommodating. Met the dog I planned on adopting in a clean, open, covered area outside. The "behavior team" gave me as much info as they could. It was love at first sight. Java (renamed Jax) came home with us that day. The whole team made sure I had his vet papers and current food/feed plan. We had our pic taken and I have been able to send updates. Entire experience was exceptional!"
