"intelligentsia Cup -- Conceived in the late 1970s by local cycling legend John Vande, the race was resurrected in 2015 and has multiple unique course features, including a round-about, multiple power climbs and a tight final turn. This race in Glen Ellyn was the first stop on the 2023 Triple Crown! Glen Ellyn, Winfield, and Lombard races are run as an omnium."

"Wonderful location, but a bit surprising that it's still a real turf field. I was present for a rainy and windy football game and both teams struggled as the field got muddier and muddier. I totally get that the stadium does not have lights with the proximity to the homes and retention pond. The stands were typical high school style and absolutely meet those expectations. Overall, the school buildings, pond, homes and trees make it a very picturesque location."

"This is one of the few grass fields left in the Chicago area for high school football. It is most often in pristine condition since it is covered throughout the year when not used for football. There is nice padded track encircling the field. Stands are available for both visitors and home. The home also has a decent press box for video and stats. The view is what is most impressive. It is located at the base of Lake Ellyn, and is simply a stunning venue."
