"Most unprofessional people I’ve ever felt with. I dropped off my personal and small business taxes on April 5 knowing an extension was going to need to be filled. By the second week of May no word. Called and was told they would be done in a week! Two weeks later call again still not done! I was told the extension goes till September don’t worry. Again I was told they will be done by the end of the week. Called after another two weeks and left a message. No calls. Call again and agin no calls. I go in June 5 she’s there but didn’t return my call. I explain this is bad business. She didn’t seem to care! I asked for my paperwork back to take it to a REAL professional. I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere"
