"Very unprofessional, took months for them to contact us back after the first visit, late on first visit had to have them come back for second visit due to a mis diagnosing of the cause of the problem by the technician on the visit telling me one specific cause of the issue very convincingly but yet the invoice he reported something completely different. On the second visit which they wouldn’t give me an actual date on when they would come back but then almost over a week later just called saying they there will be five minutes before they would be arriving and stated we weren’t home and would be back for another 45 min to and hour. Which the tech said that’s no problem and that he would come back in a hour after we were home and then never came back this caused us to have to reschedule again and they couldn’t get us another tech visit for whole week later. Which again they called 5 minutes before arriving. Luckily we were ready this time. Upon arrival technician seemed under the influence of medication and during his 2nd visit the technician discovers that the breaker was badly burned and cracked and determined surge was clearly the main cause of all the damages and that everything checked on second visit the tech agreed that they all clearly showed surge damage. He then promised me that his report of his second visit would clearly reflect the same while a week later when I was sent the invoice the description of the visit was so vague and misleading and had so much left out as well as misspellings and another complete misdiagnosis of all the damages and it’s leading cause so after determining he basically intentionally lied about the entire visit stating everything was just old and that’s the only cause of any damages found. When I Contacted the RH Plumbing and I spoke to a supervisor and he dismissed the whole situation and they would not let us talk to the technician directly to discuss the discrepancy between his visit and the report. The supervisor then dismissed us abruptly and told us that we would need to find another electric company and they could not help us further."

Stepped up and call Ameren to fix an outside wire and then got our furnace going. Very professional, friendly, amazing. Going to recommend him to anyone who needs help. "They came out promptly to handle our sewer pipe issue. We came home & everything was fixed & we couldn’t even tell they had been there! They dug a 24” trench that was 6 foot long & everything was put back just as it was before the arrived. The landscape rocks and all with no signs that the work had even taken place that day!
