"*** FRAUD ALERT!! *** This gym has fraudulently stolen the identity of a minor and transferred membership from the Bolingbrook location to the Naperville location. Upon the minors’ parents determining that this has happened, the parents of the minor have been “given the runaround” by the corporation and the two locations to get this resolved. The person at the Naperville location is lying and saying that the minor account holder came to the Naperville location, sat in front of them to transfer the account, and provided the legal age of 19. The minor does not have a valid driver’s license as they are not old enough to drive. Now, the parents are being double billed out of their checking accounts for $9.99 and $14.99. So, not only have they committed identity theft of a minor, but they are also committing financial fraud as they are double-dipping their funds. The minor’s parent is beyond upset with this fraud, and that they are not receiving any justice for this. This is being posted to notify Corporate, Bolingbrook, and Naperville that this has transpired on their watch and will be followed up with much social media attention and soon the media will be notified concerning this fraud. To the gym’s involved your immediate resolution to the parent’s satisfaction is demanded!"

"The two stars because staff is polite and welcoming. The cleanliness and maintenance is comical. Unfortunately, this was my first experience at this location. I’ve usually always purchased the yearly membership, this definitely pushed my decision to not renew my membership."

"Gym rat here, if I can give this location a 0 star I would what a way to start off the year. Employees are beyond extremely rude with lack of knowledge & I thought speaking with the operation manager would help but she disappointed me even more. What a way to treat future guest. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

My husband and I went to ask for information about the gym. but the guy who gave us information never gave us a tour of the gym so we could get to know him and know how many devices we can have, the truth is that they should have friendlier people so they can get more clients, because the way they The guy with his bad treatment, and unwillingness not to work, made us want to register there, so we decided to look for another gym."

"If I could give zero stars I would. If you are a swimmer, stay far, far away from this gym. The pool is absolutely disgusting. Several times it looked like large pieces of skin were floating in the pool. I complained several times but no one cared. The managers are super young and could care less what you are saying. All they did was look at me and say ok. I emailed XSport but no one responded. I called but they won’t let you talk to anyone. I have a two year membership that I will not stay at. This is the worst customer service ever. Do not waste your money."
