"Called to ask if they could install some doors on my pole shed. I already have the doors from the previous owner. She told me that she had enough of her own business to worry about putting someone elses doors on. So if you have doors already this company will not install them. I feel that should be clarified on the website to avoid future confusion."

"This is my second review for this company, and once again I am pleased to give them a Five-Star review. The remote control in my car for the garage door stopped working. I replaced the battery but it still wouldn't work. I took it in to the office, and the people there checked it out thoroughly--first removing the clear plastic seal which I had neglected to do. When that didn't solve the problem, I returned, and they verified that the remote was in fact sending a signal. Then they showed me in an easy-to-understand hands-on way how to reprogram the control once I got home. I did that, and it worked. They charged me nothing. More than that, even though I hadn't been to the office for about three years, they recognized and remembered me, and even described my family to make sure they had the right guy. These folks are competent in what they do, and probably the most customer-oriented folks I've ever met. This is the way small businesses should be, in every way."
