"Larry Lentz, Coach Tony, and Coach Q are some of the best trainers out there, they will make you work hard. The workouts are always switched up, infusing cardio, muscle building, and calisthenics. Through Larrys help, my cardio stamina more than doubled, and Coach Tony helped me improve on my form and style of boxing. Coach Q is an excelent motivator, while putting you to work your ass off he keeps you going. Some of the workouts i did were competitve, which is good for me, i lost 10 pounds in the time I was there. I will definetly be returning soon."
