"They are professional. The owner is a master groomer… most do not have this certification. It’s really frustrating when you take your beloved pet into a groomer and they get it wrong. I won’t mention other shops and my experiences. My only suggestion is if you want it done right there are no other options. I’ve been around the block a time or two with less than professional groomers who claim they are pros but truly lack the skill set that’s required. Guess I’m picky."
