"It was a Saturday and the store didn’t close until 7 PM. I drove four of my dogs to the store and arrived at 5:45 pm on 1/13/24 and the lady working rudely, told us that she had shut them down early. So if you’re going to use the dog wash, I suggest calling ahead and making sure they didn’t decide to shut them down. I appreciate the lie to try and protect your employee. However, she told me that the store would be open until 7 pm. She did say the dog wash part was closed due to the weather, not so she could leave. Thank you for the reply though."

"This place is so cool and the people are friendly and helpful. They have all kinds of unexpected supplies. Live superworms, crickets, tons of pet products and treats. Nora had a great time and she's all clean! Self service dog wash !"

"I love taking our 3 dog’s to FurPlus City! The main reason I go there is to give our dog’s a bath. The tub’s are elevated with steps for the dog’s. My back used to kill me bathing dog’s at home in the tub, all that bending over! They supply the shampoo, towels, cotton balls, even a hair dryer is provided, etc… I go in without my dog and pay first thing ($12 well spent)for a self dog wash, then I go out and bring the dog into the bathing stall! When we are finished, I get to head straight out to my car because I’ve already paid on the way inside! That keeps the chances down of running into other dog’s coming and going while I’m there at the counter trying to pay. It’s a great service to the community, love it and the staff are friendly and helpful! Longtime customer!"
