It wasn't cheap, but the value of the clock to me is obviously priceless, and I am ok with paying for quality - which is what I got. It is keeping time astonishingly well, and the chimes are crisper and cleaner than I remember even as a child."

"I have had worked done by Exactime previously and they did a great job of getting my mom's mantle clock working again and found a missing part that I needed for my mantle clock. I brought my clock to them again because it was not working correctly and I was told that the person that works on clocks only comes about every month or so and that if I would have them work on the clock it would be about 2 - 3 months before it would be fixed and cost much more than the clock is worth. The receptionist was very kind to be upfront with me and so helpful to explain the situation. I would highly recommend them for helping you with your clock or watch needs."
