"Some teachers are good, some just formally go along (especially group lessons), managers are terrible. My kid participated in an ice-show. They charged me for the kid's participation in the show. That's OK, teachers and ice are not free. They charged every member of my family to watch the show, that is NOT ok. It is NOT a professional show and we ALREADY PAID for it! And, most outrageously, they charged my kid, who is part of the show to watch the show in between her performances! Stay away, they will shamelessly rip you off on every occasion."
"Love this place!"
"My kids had fun. The problem we had was we left to eat and my one child realized she left her coat. She couldn't remember exactly where she sat. The four most difficult women I have met in awhile wouldnt let us enter the rink to look for her winter coat. They wouldn't come with us either. We were sent to information where we met the same fate until my child started crying and the lady behind the desk offered to go look with my child. If it wasn't for her my child would have gone without a coat most likely for the rest of the winter. I didnt appreciate everyone acting like we were lying. I really don't care about the event that was starting at two. I needed to get home. I just wanted my kid's coat back. I was amazed at the number of people who said there wasn't a coat. My child walked into the areana with a stranger and found it in less than five minutes. One of the people we talked to even said, "Oh, well." I think it would be helpful if the people running the event could have been caring towards strangers and showed a little empathy. This rink needs to be more child centered. Perhaps they are child centered for the children who are always at their rink. There needs to be more empathy, compassion, love and caring at this ice rink. I did not see that at all"
