"The pool is nice, clean, and has ample entertainment for the whole family. The Staff does their job adequately until a child in my care was being harassed by a group of five unsupervised boys. Absolutely nothing was done about it. When asked by one of our chaperones to stop things progressively got worse. The children were disrespectful to our entire group. Swearing at the children and the adults. We left, and willnot be going back. It is a shame. My kids have a lot of fun here."

"The layout is nice but the staff is rude and unaccommodating. I was asked to leave for arriving a little sooner than 12pm because no one was at the front desk for a long while. Keep in mind I am not from the area. Instead of letting me pay and stay as a courtesy, I was literally escorted out as if I committed a crime. Terrible experience. The young man who approached me needs to be trained on how to show empathy while providing customer service. Instead, I was shown poor hospitality."
