"I bought a watch online and when I received it it wouldn't wind. I took it here and the gentleman said something serious was broken and it cost $180 up front to fix and would take a WEEK. I found out from the seller that all it needed was to be unwound and then rewound so I went back (this is still the same day) to get my money back and explained what the seller had said and wouldn't you know it...he had already fixed the watch! Magically a whole week early!. Now he says he did a "complete overhaul" THIS MAN IS A LIAR AND A CHEAT!"

Less than a week after dropping it off here, it's back from service looking great and it appears to be running within chronometer range! I couldn't be happier with the result, the turnaround time, and the price. The last watch I had serviced was an Omega quartz, and that took around two months from the manufacturer!"
