"I came into the store in November attempting to purchase a Christmas gift. Since that time, I have spoken with four different salespersons, via email, telephone, and in person numerous times. One guy no longer works there. Two of guys are named David and I can't remember the other guy's name. I went back to the store as recently as last week to get a status update. The person I needed to see was off that day. I left my name and phone number. He has not returned my call. I give up. I've wasted enough money and time with zero results. I will try to find my friend another gift."

"Don't go in here unless your dressed like a million dollars, otherwise you will be judged and talked down to like you are stupid. I went to get my tiffany necklace I found at a thrift store authenticated. The tall blonde who worked the front counter, spoke in a tone to me like I was dumb and stupid. Even repeated "Auth-enti-cated" back at me like I was stupid. It's been over a year I never forgot this humiliating experience. I will never go into this place or the plaza frontenac again. Disgusting privileged behavior, your employees are horrible human beings."

"Absolutely love Tiffany’s! I have tons of pieces from here. I made an appointment online to get one of my pieces fixed. We was in the area an hour early and they went ahead and took us. The lady helping us said it would take about three weeks to get the bracelet back and would cost $70 dollars to fix it. I think it’s worth it since they do cost way more than that. They do keep every item you’ve ever bought from them in the computer which is very helpful instead of digging out receipts. It was too busy when we came on a Saturday afternoon at the end of March."
