"Great staff at this location!! They know their stuff! I had a warranty issue with my engagement ring. I had to make several trips due to the characteristics of my ring. The store manager, Sue, her assistant, Yvonne, and all the other associates I have worked with are all super nice and helpful. Sue is wonderful! She was able to explain what was going on and the best way to resolve the issue, and she was right! I picked up my ring today and I love it! I have been to other locations and the staff was nice, but the staff at the Hwy K location is remarkable! I can’t say enough good things. Prices are good and service is great!"

For whatever reason the website wasn’t allowing me to purchase them and pick up in store. So I called to see if they were available. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and even advised me that if I waited until the following day, I’d catch a sale. DONE!
