They first renovated my home, did multiple fix it up jobs, converted the lower part of my home into an Airbnb short term rental space and then after I moved out of Peoria they have since managed the whole property as a short term rental. I have never had any issues but been nothing but pleased with how they go above and beyond any of my expectations! Experienced, competent, committed, loyal, honest, reliable and punctual are all words I would use to describe The BEST homes!"
