"I will say that the staff are kind but the processes here are very frustrating. I borrowed money on an item with the plan to pick it up & repaying 2 days after borrowing said money. I’ve gone in 4 times in the past week to try and pay them back and get my item. 3 of those times the computers were down. The 4th I was told it’d be 1 hr 45 minutes and I’d be better off coming back some other time. It’s been an absolutely ridiculous process to get my item back and as this point I don’t know that I ever will get it back."
