"We love the Saturday morning Tots class - teachers are so patient and really make it fun for the little kiddos! I would also highly recommend having a birthday party there - we have a mix of different ages in the family and there was a mix of things to do for kids from 2.5 years to 15!"

"I signed my son up for a class from 3/16/20-5/30/20. The class was canceled due to the pandemic. Fine, understandable, but I have yet to receive a refund after many attempts to get one. The owner keeps telling me that the contract I signed said there were no refunds. True, but I didn't get the service I paid for from 3/16/20-5/30/20. They failed to perform their end of the contract and I can't get my money back. They tell me I can use it for another class, but I wasn't comfortable, because you know there is a pandemic and they still refuse to refund my money. They couldn't provide the service so I still have to pay. Nope. Anything else my children were enrolled in during that time, even with no refunds, refunded the money because they could not provide the service. I didn't pull my child from the class, they canceled it and yet won't provide a refund."

"We could not be happier with HUGS! My 5 year old daughter absolutely loves her coaches and her class. The staff is always courteous and helpful. Class times are great."
