"The old lady that runs the place was very rude. I’ve taken my dog there a couple times. Now don’t get me wrong. They do great work. The dogs are always groomed properly and smell amazing. The problem is the customer service cocky attitude, and very rude. She called me to pick up my dog 10 minutes later as I’m getting out of my car in her parking lot to walk up the door she called me again to say didn’t I tell you to come get your dog I was like lady I’m literally walking through your door right now then she kind a tried to apologize because she knows how rude that was. Anyway, I will not accept the apology and I will never be taking my dog back there again. She’s gotten smart with me on numerous occasions."
