"Devon (the groomer) is a rockstar!!! I took my little elderly dog who has terrible anxiety to get his nails trimmed and when I arrived I asked the lady at the front desk (who turned out to be the manager) if I could go back with him due to his terrible anxiety. She immediately said no. While I was explaining to her the reason why I wanted to be in the room with him, Devon comes out on the floor and immediately starts trimming my dogs nails from the comfort of my own arms. She was quick, sweet, quiet, understanding, and was truly a blessing to just come out and do it. No excuses, no questions asked, just great customer service and all around skilled groomer. After we finished the owner (who was also very sweet and understanding) informed me that I am always able to be by my dog’s side when I bring him in for his nail trim. I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for that “manager”. I’ll definitely be back to see Devon! *Response to owner- with all due respect Tony, your statement couldn’t be more false. And I truly don’t appreciate that because you weren’t in the store when my dog got his services. The manager did NOT request for Devon to come out to the floor to service my dog, in fact that manager left the floor to go get the “owner” (who I’m guessing is your wife or business partner, because it wasn’t you) when Devon came out and gave my dog his service. That same manager had absolutely no idea that a dog had previously DIED in the care of a groomer at this store location, which is why ALL pet owners should go back with their pets when getting services at this location for the SAFETY of their pet. I’m lowering my review to two stars because I don’t appreciate you replying when you clearly have no idea what you’re talking about. I would highly suggest you leave the customer service side to the female owner of this business. We may be back to shop but absolutely never again for services. Or at least not until pets safety policy is changed."

"This place was referred to me by my girlfriend to get my Cavapoo groomed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of dog food and cat food, treats, and toys. They did a fab job grooming my dog! We scheduled out our next two appointments!"

"Koko has been going to this place for 3 years to be groomed. She is always greeted with a smile, and smells so clean when we pick her up. We also come here to get her treats. The owners are very welcoming and educated when it comes to dog advice. We love coming in & so does our Lab."
