"Good day… made a review earlier this week, it’s Thursday so definitely wanted to update. I have 3 Golden doodle fur loves. Chloe, Kobe and Bear. Kobe groom app was this past Monday, Chloe’s was Tuesday and of course Bears was Wednesday. The only issue I had was going back to pick up our Chloe Marie only to find her barking (not sure for how long but it initially was very unsettling for me) in a kennel upon completion of her groom session. Admittedly I was upset upon arrival and I thought it was best NOT TO ADDRESS THE CONCERN immediately. The next day I did take Bear for his appointment and Haley immediately addressed kenneling Bear. Proper and effective communication is the key and at times allowing yourself to cool down a bit can often help as well. The groomer that did Kobe and Chloe, Elaina (sp ?) as well as Haley that groomed Bear did amazing jobs overall. My family is very very pleased with the outcomes. That was our first ever visit to any of the stores and we will return to shop and of course for grooming. Big shout to these young ladies I really appreciate all of your efforts from start to finish. You guys rock!!"

"Rion Harper is hands down the best cat groomer in the St. Louis area. He puts the comfort and tolerance of your cat first. When I went to our first appointment he answered my laundry list of questions and concerns and assured me pet comfort is priority. The soap he uses is natural, made for cats, and has a pleasant light smell (nothing strong or perfume in any way) which I sincerely appreciate. I know my kitty is in great hands when I drop her off for a bath, brush, and trim with him. She is a long hair and needs a good brushing, which she is not very tolerant of, but he always does an amazing job and her fur feels so fresh and light after he’s worked his magic. She comes home in a very normal mood afterwords, not overly stimulated or scared. I have endless praise and appreciation for Rion and his grooming process."

"Got my cat groomed by Ryan. He was really friendly. Had me bring my cat in early so the barking dogs later wouldn’t freak him out. It wasn’t extremely cheap. But I don’t regret it at all. He did a lion cut on my car which was cool. He did a great job!"
