He his so many knicks , he was so hungry and thirsty when I got him , they reassured that he’d be feed and cared for that was a damn lie !! Nails not clipped at all . I’m so frustrated"

"I see alot of post about how bad this place is I have been going here almost 20 years and luv this place it's a small family owned business and people dont understand that yea it make take a while to get your pet back but they are wonderful and they do a great job and have everything they need for my pets alot of people talking about get together a and have them closed down like really those same people I dont see anything saying they mistreated your pets nothing just alot of time complaints and they dont answer ok go up there then smh people dont have nothing else better to do then try to destroy other people and their lives"

"Grooming dept has gone to hell. There is no way they should have my dog for 16 hrs and he still wasn't done... I had to call the police to retrieve my dog because they don't answer the phone or the door... poor communication and no consideration for others at all. There's no way I should be picking my dog up after midnight from any facility"

"I talked to Jefferson city and they are not licensed to do ANYTHING to pets, we need to come together and get them closed back down, I was told thats why they are not Landmark anymore and that they should NOT be in operation, they have hundreds of civil junctions against them and I have contact info for the state of MO if you have let them board your dogs that is illegal and the state is trying to stop them from doing business. please respond if you want to formally issue your complaint also"
