"My first, only and last dealing with H&R Block occurred this week. As retired military I guess I expected at least some competency and courtesy from H&B manager Burns, I received neither. Agreed to appointment 5 days in advance, sent confirmation, sent me email asking me to gather all docs (which I did which took hours) then confirmed receiving docs and reconfirmed appointment. Then one hour before appointment called and cancelled appointment - said manager "too popular" to see me before some weeks. Then got call from manger ranting and raving about why due to her popularity she lied about all those emails and such. Yet when I begged her to just stop harassing me she refused to hang up and continued with her ranting and raving on phone. So why did they ask for all those Docs if they knew could not keep appointment? Makes you wonder if they are running some kind of identity theft operation. I wouldn't deal with H&R block ever if I were you - something very strange about this operation - unless they are all raving idiots. Douglas Reiman"

She walked me through the virtual e-file. Because I have moved out of state, to Kentucky. She called me, after I panicked when I couldn't find the page I needed. All I had to do was e-sign and it was done! She walked me through it, in between her other appointments, during her completely busy day! Now that's wonderful customer service! I just cherish her.
