"Will be breaking my lease! I've complained & complained, I've called & talked to them, texted & reported mold in the kitchen, & in the basement. You can smell the mold when you turn the heat on coming through the vents, there a leak in the roof where when it rains it rains in my bedroom & it has happened 3 times I've been here 2 months. The complex keeps their garbage in the rear of the complex which is where my window is located & it stinks & overflows cause the tenants do not put the cans out for garbage pick up & I can't open my window for fresh air cause it stinks! My neighbors are extremely loud and inconsiderate they run & stomp up and down the basement stairs whereas our bedrooms connects our access to the basement. I have all of these complaint documented"
