"The store was clean and neat. I needed help finding an item. So I asked an employee that I saw filling and order. He was friendly and helpful. He took the time to take me to what I needed and handed it to me. That was excellent customer service. The cashier was nice as well ."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. The grooming department doesn't take pride in their work or your pets. Services that you are paying for, are not being rendered. It was obvious that he had not been bathed as he should've. He had an abundant amount of dandruff and the same odor as he did when I dropped him off. They cut his hair without bathing him and thought that I wouldn't notice! After questioning the groomers work, she smirked and assured that she bathed him. That was unbelievable so I asked for the manager. The manager advised that she could bathe him again, but I would have to wait until all of her other appointments were complete. After a few harsh words, she agreed to re-bathe him and this time it was obvious that he had been cleaned. This is not the first time that I have been dissatisfied with this location. I will no longer support and do not recommend."

"Excellent customer service. Young man in the fish area is exceptional at his work and very knowledgeable. The area and tanks are very neat and clean. I highly recommend this store. And cudos to the employees for making my visits here a joy. Great selection of fish tanks an supplies. The birds are healthy and beautiful. Same with gerbils and guinea pigs. So much fun to shop here with their TOP KNOTCH employees....Was greeted by this stores manager....He was polite and useful gathering my fish supply. THANK YOU FOR ANOTGER PLEASANT VISIT.
