"My likelihood to return is a one due to generally using TurboTax but my satisfaction is a five due to the agent, Michael Hinkebein, located at the Farmington store in Missouri. I had came in due to a error on my behalf while completing my taxes, I had accidentally stated that I already received the $1,400 stimulus check and Michael corrected my issue. He was great and deserves a raise."

"I came in for second year to have my taxes done, first year was great. This year was awful. The person doing my taxes was brand new. I was his first customer. I understand people have to learn, however the person training him was way too focused on her personal cell phone and left the poor guy to do it himself, which didn't go well. I was there for an hour and a half. I only had one W2, one job and no changes from last year. The whole thing should have taken 30 minutes, at most. Was just terrible experience and way to expensive for the simplicity of my return."
