"ATA Legends is not your average martial arts school. It is so much more. We wanted our children to take up martial arts for several reasons. For our busy boy, it was a way to develop focus and discipline. For our daughter, it was about maintaining fitness levels whilst gaining a knowledge of self defense. They have classes for 3 years old and up!!!! Not even kidding, Legends is family owned, exceptional leaders/staff including(but not limited to) TWO world champions in the sport helping you/your kids grow!!!!
