"I had my second appointment with Summit Tax and Wealth today. They are helping me with my retirement planning. I cannot express how awesome the service is. Keith and Rachael are so knowledgeable and you can tell they have their clients best interest at heart. I was so impressed with all the options they were able to offer me and they explained everything in detail and made sure I understood. Keith and Rachael are so friendly & personable as well as the rest of the staff at the Fenton location. I look forward to my future appointments with them."

"Yes they will do your taxes and handle all the filing and whatnot but their communication is HORRIBLE. I sent an email on February 10th to Kelly and Keith asking questions about my taxes and return and heard nothing. Sent another email on February 21st as a follow up, again heard nothing. I waited since I knew it was prime tax time and sent a third follow up on May 4th about the same questions and still heard nothing for weeks. I had to send a 4th email in order to find out about how much I owed on my taxes and finally received a response saying simply you owe this much. No apologies for NEVER responding to any of my emails for 3 months - oh we were busy, we're still working on it, nothing. At the beginning I was quoted one price after I told them everything I had but then when the bill came it was higher and I was told it was because they did extra work. They didn't, they knew exactly what I had when I first asked for the quote. They did offer to write of a portion of it but by then I already had the bad taste in my mouth from neither of them responding for months that I ended up paying the new higher price anyway. Overall, yes they will do your taxes and get them done, but customer service obviously means more to me than it means to them.. No I would not recommend this company."
