"My two daughters and daughter in law and myself all went there to have our rings sized, changed, and a watch fixed. It was a ten experience. Everyone was super helpful. I don't own a lot of expensive jewelry so I was intimidated to go. But I really needed to get my ring sized. They'll clean your rings for free and the watch was sent away for the repair people to give me an estimate on the cost to fix it. The estimate was free. I just went again to have another ring sized. I feel so comfortable now to go in and see the employees. They are so kind and welcoming, I feel right at home."

"Alex is by far one of my favorite salesman in the city of Peoria selling anything!!!! The reason why is I came in the store and knew nothing about jewelry. So I told him my girlfriend wanted one of her grandmothers rings and i was asking her to marry me the next night on new years. So I had it and I needed a new box and I needed my ring clean. "I recently had a ring sized down and work was done very well. Work was completed sooner than expected. I also had my wedding ring repaired. It hasn’t had any repair for 37 years. They had to rebuild the shank and reset the diamonds in a channel set. The ring looked just like I received it 37 years ago. Work was completed as expected time frame. Very pleased with how everything turned out on both rings. Alex’s was the gentleman than helped me at the service desk.
