"A bit hard to get a hold of but I have a sample size of 1. So it may just have been a fluke."
"Hired them to fix a ceiling fan. Charged me 4 hours labor plus $100 ladder fee to diagnose my fan was broken. (I could have told you that, and btw the guy called me to ask if anyone was around to help him with his ladder when he was on his way.) Get a call a week later saying they screwed up their billing and estimate, and if I want my fan fixed, they are gonna need to charge me 4 EXTRA hours of labor on top of what they originally quoted plus another $100 ladder fee. So $500 extra, on top of the original quote just to fix it. So now I'm out my original money, and STILL have a broken ceiling fan. Terrible customer service, and terrible to work with. Don't use these guys!"
"We hired Koehler Electric to add a sub panel and do a ton of other random electrical work around the house we bought. Hiring Koehler Electric was without a doubt the best decision we could have ever made! Everyone we have spoken to and dealt with has been wonderful. Kevin, Lesley, and Brian answered all our questions in a very professional manner and made sure that we got the right work done on our new house and saved us a ton of money in the process. They were great at giving advise, doing the quote, and getting everything scheduled. Brent, David, and Nick were all great with doing the actual electrical work that needed to be done. Some changes had to be made to the work being done as the process moved along and each change was explained to us and options given as well as a suggested solution that would best fit for what we needed. They did a ton of work and even with all the changes that had to be done along the way to ensure other in place items were not damaged, the work came in right around what we were initially quoted. I cannot thank the company enough for all their help! We would absolutely recommend Koehler Electric to anyone needing work done in their service area! Hiring them took away the stress and worry, our house is now safe for our family and nothing can compare to knowing that a company cares about your family’s safety. Will be using Koehler Electric for all our electrical needs going forward."
"Called and the "owner" Leslie answered the phone. She was pleasant and when I gave her my address to have a sales person come to our property she responded that she would charge us $100 per hour to send someone out. I was shocked, reminded her that this wasn't a service call, it was a new customer. I then waited on the phone as she checked If my address was in her "local." Came back 4 minutes later to tell me that I was in her local. Sounds like they don't need my business. If you're going to charge to send a sales rep out, may I suggest you make that fee hidden in the price of the service after a sale."
