"I adopted my beautiful doggo with Wash and Wag just a few weeks ago. I was very impressed by how helpful and knowledgeable they were through the process of figuring out everything we needed and needed to do. They went out of their way to make it easy and stress-free and even set me up with an appointment (only a month out) to get my new fur baby fixed, which is enormously difficult to do. "Took 4 hours for a nail trim and shampoo. I arrived to pick up my dog since they wouldn't answer the phone and door was locked. Sign said "we will call you when your dog is done". Would not answer the door. I finally got in. Dog was still damp. Charged me $43 for a 20 pound dog and the husband told me to go back to where I came from. I'm from Texas. The worst pet experience I have ever had and got ripped off to. If you like your pet, don't go here."
"I love my dog and am very careful about who I trust with my dog. I tried other groomers but left them because my dog did not want to go in the second time. So I didn't leave her there. At Wash and Wag she wags her tail and pulls at the leash wanting to go in. Before we leave for the groomer we tell her she is going to get a haircut and she runs to the car."
"Laura and her crew are always so friendly and helpful. I have a Silky Terrier and they do a terrific job grooming him. They will drop whatever they are doing if I just need a nail trim and work him right in. Laura also helped me out when I needed cats to keep my rodent problem under control. I have a beautiful brown tabby now living in my greenhouse who looks forward to his twice daily feedings and grooming from me. I would definitely recommend Wash and Wag for grooming and the products they recommend."
"If you need a pet groomer, this is the place to go. The woman who took care of our dog did a great job. Our dog was in bad shape to say the least. She needed a wash, big time, and her hair and nails cut. We will definitely go to Wash and Wag again."
