"So happy to have this rink in town! It’s very nice and the employees are great. Only cons- no heaters in the stands and you have to pay to use the walking track, but I do understand that operating costs can be high, and you have to offset that somehow. I understand having to pay for the gym, but it would be nice to just be able to use the walking track."

"Used the event space and it was very nice, clean, and perfect for a large gathering meeting! Ice rink is nice with metal bleachers to watch. Every seat is a good one for viewing the ice."

"I love this rink! Absolutely a second home to me. I spend around 1-2 hours there every day. Staff have mostly got to know me and are very friendly. (The concessions could be a little better with every time you have to rink a bell, then the employees slowly come over there.)"

"Superb customer service experienced in all aspects of the facility. Personable and approachable management who truly strive to provide excellent service to everyone who enters their establishment. The fitness center is the perfect size to not be intimidating. There is also a track with a surface that is easy on the knees and inviting to use. The ice Rick's ice is one of the best sheets of ice you can find in Southern Illinois or the Metro East area. Everything is well maintained and there is even a teen center to provide youth a space to hang out after school. 10/10 would recommend, truly cannot say anything bad about the place or the employees."

"I came to watch high school playoff hockey, and I liked the venue. They definitely have to have 2 staff members to help check you in, otherwise the line was ridiculous. Great time was had and it is a nice clean rink."
