"The greens are not in playable shape and we were not offered a refund when only playing the front 9 when we paid for 18 holes. We were not asked to specify whether we wanted to play 9 or 18 holes when booking via telephone. Hopefully the money that was not refunded will be used to fix the greens."
"A $10 course surrounded by million dollar homes. However, they charge you $40-$50 to play. Not worth the money. If I lived in the course I would be ashamed. The course had a lot of potential and a great layout. However, the greens are dead you can’t tell between the fairway and roughs. It’s just bad all around bad. I would pick a different course in the area."
"Last played here in 2000. As others have said, but I was hoping it would be different today, Sept 3, 2023, the course is in very bad shape. Played the black tees. Pro shop said the course was neglected by management for a few years and the owner is trying to correct that now. They also said this year a water main broke so they were unable to water greens and the grass burned out. Pro shop also said the owner is trying to start fixing the issues. Guess I’ll check back next year. Pictures are in order: 2nd green 3rd green and bunker 4th tee box 4th green 5th fairway bunker 5th green 6th green side bunkers (2 pictures) 8th tee box (pretty and tight par three I birdied) 9th green."
"As of July 29th 2023 the Greens at this course are ruined(Borderline Unplayable). Fairways have zero grass. For 45$ on a Saturday Do not play here if you are a serious golfer. Course is great for drinking beer and hitting your ball into the woods tho."
"All I can say is Wow!! This course used to be one of my favorite and our groups favorite places to play at one time. It was in always in decent shape.Played there with our Sunday group with 16 guys and will not be back in the foreseeable future. The course conditions were absolutely horrible and Embarrassing to our group.Tee boxes had 6 inch tall weeds huge sand spots on the greens that looked like bunkers. Fairways overgrown in weeds and crabgrass. We don't expect country club conditions but at least put some effort and some pride into the course conditions. I hope somehow Fox Creek can recover and get back to what it once was. Our only positive is as usual the staff is always friendly."
