"Two years ago we had a new shower put in and converted two knobs into one lever for the water. They went through the wall behind the shower, which they did not completely cover with drywall. They replaced the pipe that comes out for the shower with plastic pipe. Which tonight broke. Turned on the water and the whole thing fell into the tub. We paid $750 for work that failed in two years. I am not happy! My husband and I are disabled and depend on a shower chair. We can't take a bath. Now we are going to have to pay someone else to fix what they should have done to begin with, with the right materials."
