"i’d give no stars if i could. Met with a wonderful guy named Scout on friday and he came out feeling like he was laying in a kennel with urine on the floor and decided that i wanted to take him home. i didn’t fill out an application ahead of time because i was not told of one when setting up the appointment to meet him. filled out the application there and was told it would be a few days. there was a miscommunication with my landlord that he told us when moving in we could have pets as long as there were not a lot, this would be dog #2 in the house so i didn’t think to let my landlord know. i call the humane society back to let them know of the miscommunication and that we’re all good to take Scout in. first thing she says is that he’s gone. pretty sure he’s still there as we were the first people to meet with him, they’re closed on mondays and his listing is still up on websites. Were y’all even going to let me know? i would have put a deposit down for him if i knew this would happen. very disappointed in how this humane society goes about business."

"I fell in love with a little girl named Cocoa through your website about a month and a half ago. Your pictures and info was enough to travel the 4.5 hours to meet and adopted her. I thank you for spending the time on the phone to get to know both you and Cocoa as she was so much more beautiful and sweet than you had described.
