"My dog was wonderfully groomed and the staff INSIDE the store is wonderful and always try their best to get you what you’re looking for. I however can’t say the same about the staff in the GROOMING salon. Joan is super rude and when I called in the morning to schedule my dogs appointment I warned them I had a 3 hour science class and that I was going to try my best to pick him up on time. They AGREED it was OKAY to drop him a little early and pick him up when I got out of my class TWICE!! When I go to pick my dog up after a rude phone call from her, she was even more rude in person. Telling me how I need to manage my time better and how she did NOT care that I had other things planned already. I squeezed YOU into MY schedule. Horrible grooming staff. Not how you want to treat a customer if you want them to return for your services. Learn to treat your customers with a little more respect and you just might have more business. Because unlike PetSmart you’re never booked out way in advance. That’s why people choose other places over you because of your horrible attitude. My dog is NEVER getting groomed here again. Insane prices and rude grooming staff. Charging for things that I was not aware of when I dropped him off and asked questions about pricing."

"Friendly staff that will try their best to answer any questions, sometimes hard to find a worker tho. They have a very large selection of pet food and supplies. I’ve purchased a few a kinds of fish, crabs, bearded dragon and a snake here and was happy with the purchases. We get live crickets for our bearded dragon and the workers get them bagged and ready pretty quick. Always have kitties for adoption as well! Pretty live snakes, lizards, birds and other animals here too for purchase."
