"The doctors are good but to get the appointment or to get someone on the phone is ridiculous. You are always on hold or disconnected, especially when one lady answers. There is never an opening for any visit, sick or healthy. They don't call you with lab results, even with abnormal results. The wait time in the waiting room and then in the room is even worse. Even if you come for lab work you wait for over an hour. I work in the same field and I know we are all humans, but something needs to be done about this. And this is not only me, other patients are complaing as well, even your own staff. Please make some changes. Thank you"

"I haven’t visited in a while but I would like to say that Dr. Indyk is very caring and thorough in my experience however when it comes to last minute, emergency appointments, she isn’t very available. I am usually appointed to a different doctor therefore, I have not been able to meet with her in a long time. The receptionists are nice in person but over the phone, they are a little rude and tend to cut you off. In my experience, this is an “okay” office to go to but Dr. Indyk is a nice doctor to go to- especially if you are a female."
