"He is a very helpful doctor. He is my doctor and my kids he takes his time checking my kids eyes making sure they can see well. He doesn’t get upset or pressuring them to hurry to get them out. He is a very good doctor I would recommend them.!"

"Everything about this place makes me cringe. They never answer the phone. Their hours aren’t consistent. I’ve been waiting months for my glasses, but my son who had his appointment after me got his within a couple weeks. Dr Casper is rude to everyone, staff included. He is beyond unprofessional. He goes on and on trying to push political views on you. I was even silent no response and he kept going on and on. When I went to pick up my son’s glasses he walked in on the phone having a casual conversation and said he would get my sons glasses but continued with his phone call. When he finished his phone call he proceeded to grab printer ink and go to his office to change the printer ink all while I stood there waiting. I asked him if he was going to get the glasses and his response was yes but I’m busy with something right now you can just wait. He then huffed and puffed and finally grabbed the glasses after I said if now is not a good time you can just say that because I have somewhere to be I can’t wait any longer. I also needed to try different contacts because the ones they gave me were getting blurry and dry before the end of the day and I don’t wear mine overnight and I even tried drops that didn’t help. He was clearly annoyed and his response was well unfortunately that happens with contacts sometimes. To which I replied that I’ve been wearing contacts for almost 2 decades and have never had this issue. Now I’m stuck wearing the same one pair of contacts and an old prescription for glasses because of him and the horribly ran business. I really don’t know how he stays in business at all."

"I am.very happy with the service. With there being said I am not in agreement with most of the reviews. Felt That They generally cared about us and took a really great amount of care to explain everything I did not feel that the office was not clean I fell a get was very clean very nicely set up also they had a wonderful selection of glasses to pick from. "Dr Casper is professional and knows his craft. That being said, he is very talkative which leads to delays in appointments, HUGE delays. Office staff seems to be hard to come by, as there is currently a sign advertising such. The staff that is on is very unprofessional. They don’t check insurance, don’t call when glasses are in, they very unorganized and inconsistent. As far as berating staff, I have never seen this in the many years I have been coming. I do feel with a few good employees this location could improve."

"The staff was very attentive and friendly. They gave me the best experience I've ever had at a eye doctors office. Dr. Casper was professional and thorough in his exams. He made sure that I could see correctly. It wasn't a get in-get out experience. Thank you for all of your guys help and if I wasn't moving out of state I definitely would come back.
