"First off- I am a bigger girl looking to lose weight, build some confidence and be able to defend myself if needed. In addition to those things I've really been struggling with stress and anger. I came to my first class a couple weeks ago (beginners muay thai) I felt comfortable from the beginning and everyone was kind. David was there and helped me learn some of the basics which was very helpful- now I'll be taking one on one classes with one of the other trainers (Joe)! They have a womens only class on Wednesday nights that I'm eager to try out as well. I got a great workout and also had a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend Peoria Muay Thai and the trainers to friends and family!"
