"Only reason it's not one star is because the starter on tee #1 was cool. And the course itself is nice. The staff was incredibly rude and snobby. After I paid over 100 to play I was told I have to leave my sweatshirt on because my shirt underneath didn't have a collar, the shirt underneath was fine and I've played TPC Deer Run (very nice curse) and they don't do that, hell tiger woods doesn't even wear a collar sometimes. They wanted your email, phone number , address and more but didn't explain why they needed it and were rude when they asked for them information. Just very snobby and rudegave is a piece of paper and said " take this out to the guy by the carts and he will give ya a cart" stood there for like 10 minutes with our thumbs up our butts waiting for a cart...if your gonna charge 100 a round and require a collard shirt then maybe do your jobs better and more politely. I won't be back"

"Coworker and I enjoyed a 3 day 2 night stay and play package a week ago. Course was in beautiful shape. Very rewarding to fairway tee shots. Bring your A game off the tee. But still a fun course even with the challenges. Multiple tee boxes to provide some variation to your rounds. We were treated tremendously from start to finish. Entire staff was amazing which was the highlight of this package. Felt like Kings there. Already planning a return trip back this year."

"My favorite regional golf course within hours!! And I have played quite a few. Excellent grounds, can’t say enough nice things about this establishment. Some of the best greens in the Midwest, well manicured fairways....really can’t say enough nice things about this place! Someone once asked me my favorite hole there. I got to thinking about it and I couldn’t really come up with a hole I love the most nor a hole I hate the most. This will be one of your favorite rounds to play all year! High quality golf going on at Spirit Hollow. What a fun course"
