"I've gone there around 18 years now. They are a wonderful group to deal with & the docs are great! Love them!! The ladies at the desks have always been nice & helpful! I've never had to wait long to speak to anyone. My doc is Metcalf & his nurse is Carrie. They are both exceptional in handling patients, even sad, mad, horrible ones. Believe me, I've been in all those moods at one time or the other. I've seen other doctors and interns there & don't remember a time I left mad. I started going there not long after Metcalf started working there & am I glad I did! He saved my life! Out of all the other docs & specialists that I saw, he was the only one who figured out what was wrong! I have a friend in him also that comes from years of seeing him in a professional manner. You can't go wrong with this place!"

"I see Dr. Toti and I love him. His nurse Melinda is great and she always remembers you. Dr. Toti is a bit challenging to get into see, but I love Dr. Harin as well. The only negative that I have about this place is you will wait a minimum of 20 mins on hold to schedule an appointment or to even talk to someone. If you leave a voicemail to have them call you back, they most likely will not. If this changed then I think this office would be a 5 star. Please either hire more people to answer the phones or get a different system, you would not like to wait for every patient to show up 20 mins late to every appointment. My time is just as important as yours."

"Been coming here for almost 10 years. Dr. Toti is AMAZING and would give him 10 stars if I could. But the new lady at the front is so disrespectful and rude. That's the only reason I took a star off. But everyone else is wonderful. Have never had any complaints within the 9 plus years until today."

"I LOVE Brittany Herrin, DO! I work overnights and so she allowed me to come in early before they opened at 8 for my app. Not only that but she actually listens to what I have to say and makes me feel heard and validated. 10/10 would recommend her."
