"Went here all my life and had nothing but stellar service, so I highly recommend, but they need to get their automated system sorted out. Got a couple standard text reminder notifications of an appointment. Thinking I had just forgot to enter it into my calendar, I drove an hour out of my way to go to the appointment only to find out it was canceled because I didn’t confirm the appointment. The appointment was apparently created by their automated system and sent out actual appointment reminders, but they then canceled the appointment without notifying me. They said they had called (but didn’t leave a voice mail), and then canceled the appointment without notice. They didn’t have any other openings for that day so I can’t say I’ll be driving an hour out of my way again to go back. Don’t send out “appointment reminders” for an appointment that you end up canceling without any notice! Fix your system and I’ll gladly change my review, but I will be finding a closer eye center."

"Easy to get an appointment online plus you can fill out all of your forms online as well. Location is great. Staff were professional and quick to get me in. Cost was about what you expect and is dependent on what type of frames and glass type you choose. They can also make sunglasses with prescriptions and they offer contact lenses in many colors. Turn around to get my glasses was 2 weeks. Highly recommend."
