"i usually have a good experience here but i recently moved out of state and was curious if my new contacts with my new eye doctor was the same prescription as the one i had at IEC a year ago. they refused to give me that information that would have been helpful in making sure my new prescription was on track and the same brand. the lady that refused me was also rude and just kept saying “nope nope” when i was trying to explain why i needed the info. I understand the need to keep patient info confidential, however i can easily confirm my identity and it is essential for anyone to be able to access their medical history for future references/needs. UPDATE: I emailed the email in your response on 12/28/23 and never received a reply back. I don’t even need to know my old prescription anymore at this point, but please don’t respond to my review leading me to believe you will fix this issue and not follow through."

"Generally the people at this place are very friendly and provide excellent service. But my mother had a problem, she placed the order for her glasses in August and by the end of October they told her that they were not ready yet, it turns out that someone else had canceled the order, which was very unpleasant."

"The ladies at reception were wonderful! They made an extra effort to make my anxious child feel comfortable. Doug was great with him during the exam explaining everything as he went and just being really pleasant. Dr. Thoele was quick, professional, and also really nice. Overall, during our very first visit here we were made to feel like we had been customers for years. Would definitely recommend this place!"
