Vision 4 Less

"I was treated very good and I love my glasses. The girl that waited on me had a bad cold. I told she should be home I'in bed She said that would not be fair for the other workers. Well now I am fighting a bad cold and I am 70 years old and it really wasn't fair to me the customer. Tell your workers when they are sick to stay home. The others will have to deal with it. She tried very hard to keep her hands clean but it is hard when you have to handle the items that the customer is purchasing. Thank you Vicki Dague"

"Purchased lense scratch warranty and was not honored. Was told due to previous manager. Have returned 4 times for new glasses with wrong scrip installed each time. Over 20 year customer.....done"

"The employees that work customer service are great. I do not like the way V4L makes them put you in line to wait to just pick up frames that are ready. I think pick ups should be handled better so we don't have to wait for people that need more or longer help."

"Kept telling my my replace lenses would be done on a Monday, they pushed it back to 7 days. 10 days from the 7 days still no lenses. Called today to find out one of the staff members canceled my lenses but didn’t say way. This location needs new management to get their act together and cumtomers come first attitude."

"Great service, and staff is very friendly!! I called on a Friday, and they got me in the following Monday. Dr. was very knowledgable and so nice! I purchased glasses, and they had them done in 35 mins!! I was very surprised. I also ordered contacts. Will be going back!"
