"Such an unpleasant experience. Initially, Chicago Title gave our lender the wrong contact information and did not provide title fees. When my husband tried to contact them, it was NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to do so. Turns out there was 1 email address that was infrequently checked, which was an issue coming up to our closing deadline. We had no direct line to anyone in the residential title division. My husband spent 2 hours speaking to several individuals from various departments who told him, “that is not my department” and he had to request to be transferred to someone who “may” know someone to finally get in contact with somebody to help us. At closing, we noted at least 3 staff were not wearing a mask while working with clients. Even more unbelievable is that their front staff (a friendly woman named Jessica) was greeting clients WITHOUT A MASK ON. It is a business’s responsibility to ensure their clients’ safety and this felt very reckless. I would not recommend this business to anyone."
