"Walked in an recieve hostility from the reception desk and staff. Its like they just want to be correct even if they lie to do so. It doesn't even matter who is correct but treat the situation professionally. They do not know how to talk to people. Its like dealing with children that just need to be correct no matter what. Coming for a medical procedure, not picking up my dry cleaning. Should be a lot more professional. My dry cleaner has a higer standard of professionalism than what i have experienced thus far.."
"I just had an arthroscopic knee surgery here, yesterday. I really like my ortho doc, so here I am. I went into the clinic with a positive attitude, despite the negative reviews here. I felt everything went well from start to finish. There are two things I personally would recommend in my experience. 1. The billing part is a little lengthy and I wasn’t up for all of that as I was nervous about my surgery. 2. Post Op was good, however, I would’ve liked to have my family member in Post Op. And this is ONLY because I was still under anesthesia , so I didn’t remember some things once home; like how to use my crutches . My Post Op nurse was great and had informed my family on everything."
"Prep was fine. They had to stick me 3 times to get the line started which I though was strange (since that's what they do all day long) but it didn't really bother me. Post Op: I was a late finishing case and the first thing I remember coming-to was the nurse rushing me out the door. She started putting on my sweat pants as you would a 3 year-old then wheeling me out to the waiting car. I could barely stand and couldn't walk but that didn't keep me from getting the "bums rush". Sorry you had to stay late to do your job properly. It was only a little after 5pm Really disappointing because the post-op care is really the most important part of the experience."
"We had an awesome experience today. Well…as awesome as a triple surgery could be for our 5 year old. From the lady who checked us in and handled a mistake eloquently to the wonderful pediatric nurses to our doctor, to the nurse who handled recovery. It was a perfectly fluid experience and they treated our 5 year old so well. Thank you for making our anxiousness much less."
"I had SUCH a wonderful experience here! I was brought in early, explained everything about the process I was about to undergo, and they did a good job of calming me down (I was extremely anxious). I had a particularly lovely nurse, Michelle, who was incredibly kind and patient with me. She checked in on me while I was waiting and made sure I was hanging in there okay. I was sent home with a large amount of aftercare products, along with great documentation of everything. Can't recommend enough!"
