Vista Medical Center - East

"This is a low class hospital, plain and simple. The first time I walked in, there was a child in the lobby writhing in pain, wrapped in a blanket. On the floor. He stayed in that exact same state while no one cared for him for about 45 minutes. They have attempted to care for both my mother and I on separate occasions. Do not send anyone you love to this hospital. It's also filthy, with graffiti on the hospital instruments. The nurses are completely incompetent, incapable. Steer clear of this place. Head somewhere else. Don't ever send somebody you love to this hospital. And I'll reiterate, the first time I walked in, there was a kid wrapped in a blanket on the floor in the lobby. For 45 minutes. I was about to take over because this place is totally incompetent. Do not send someone you care about to this hospital."

"Never go to the emergency room I am in the health field and the er the nurses ans doctors do not follow hippa The lady next to me heard everything the doctor stated about my son and what was wrong with him I have never been so disrespected by nurses in my life and the only thing that separated was a dam curtain I will be calling the state and reporting! Then nurse had horrible bed side mannor Hope you like a law suite over hippa laws :) Oh and then my son was never given his call light !!! Was left behind his bed I included in photos Curtains falling apart This place is a joke! And I thought that you needed to give call light and have it by them at all times hmm"

"I just wanted to give a HUGE commendation to Sydney in Corporate Health who went above and beyond to help me complete my hearing test for my employer Signature Flight Support. It was last minute and they were short staffed but Sydney was long on patience. She was very nice and accommodating. Thank you so, so, so much Sydney for all of your help!"

"Absolutely awful, would rate negative stars if possible. Me and my girlfriend got into a car accident, and she had head damage (laceration to head, her head went literally through my passenger window). They didn't even keep her 24 hours, they released her in less than 12, didn't discuss her CT scans with her or even bandage her shoulder. 2 days later she went to a different ER and discovered she had an epidural hematoma and had to be airlifted out of state for possible surgery. This hospital could have actually killed her. They will hopefully be hearing from her lawyers soon. Do not ever go here, and if you are in an accident and they take you here, try to get transferred."

"They did a thorough job of treating me the nursing staff makes this hospital so strong. What I though was a tooth ache ended up being something way worse that needed surgery. The staff was so kind and nice and reassuring that I was in good hands. Thanks Vista Emergency Room for always taking good care of me and my kids. The wait time here is always the fastest compared to other hospitals."
