"I love the staff and this facility. But you're only as good as your business partners. I reason of the 1 star rating is simple, Arete Anesthesia, LLC. They sent me a bill and the only way to pay it is via mail. I have to put a check or the credit card data in the bill and mail it. I don't have checks and I will not put all my credit card information on this form. They are telling me to go to the currency exchange and pay like $8.00 to get a cashiers check, not acceptable. The owner of arete needs to review their business model, bc this is bad business. I will not use Uropartners in the future bc of their partners business practices."
"Have nothing nice to say. Went there 5 months ago for workers. They have sent a letter about how bad the pain is 24/7 each and every single day in and day out. How I'm ii I'm bed bound can't stand very long can't sit very long. I can't do anything anymore around my house it's even hard to take care of myself. I just don't understand why the he## it is taking so freaking long to send his report how I belong in Assistant living to get all the help I honestly need. This is going on for 18 freaking years and I am at my breaking point one foot off the Ledge and seriously so extremely close for the both feet to just say I can't take this unbearable extremely difficult and absolutely hard it is just to get through one single. No one cares who is supportive to help me and help !and fight for me."
"I cannot express enough how Great Everyone I crossed paths with there was when having a kidney stone/stones removed were. An All Star Team all across the board!"
"I was there yesterday for minor surgery. It was my first time going under anesthesia and I was nervous. I can be difficult to draw blood from or insert an IV. My nurse was friendly and gentle, she did a fabulous job and got the IV in on the first try. The nurse anesthetist listened to my concerns regarding my red hair, sensitive stomach, and heart burn I had been experiencing before surgery. She explained what she’d do to help me. I woke up from surgery feeling great, no nausea, heartburn, or grogginess. Dr. Norris was kind and helpful and to the best of my knowledge did a fine job. All in all I had a good experience. I was anxious and all of the staff was diligent about my comfort and easing my nerves."
"Today I had an exploratory surgery done. Had a minor problem, but that was my fault for not listening properly. I drank some water in the morning. I take the blame. Call it selective hearing. Surgery had to be delayed for a bit, but the procedure went well and got a negative result for cancer. Waking up and being told NO CANCER definitely makes this a 5 star review, but in reality? The staff was awesome. I was treated well. Very well! I'm horrible with names, but wanted to thank you all. Troy, Steph, Susan, the lady in the ER with the rainbow nails, the young lady with the red hair that picked up my shower cap, the gut who checked me in, and obviously at center stage Dr. Gomez. You guys and gals ROCK! I hope I never need you again! Lol"
