Dr. Alicia La Hoz is a licensed clinical psychologist and the founder and director of Family Bridges, a non-profit organization dedicated to marriage and relationship education. Located at 17W662 Butterfield Road in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, Dr. La Hoz's institution offers programs in Chicago, Milwaukee, San Juan, Puerto Rico, and Phoenix, Arizona.

Under Dr. La Hoz's leadership, Family Bridges has expanded globally through their mini-drama series, ¡Qué Gente, Mi Gente!, which airs in 25 radio markets worldwide. Dr. La Hoz has received numerous awards and recognition for her work, including an Honorary Doctorate in Humane Letters from Lakeland University and being named a Remarkable Woman by the Chicago Tribune. She received her Doctor of Psychology degree from Wheaton College in 2005 and continues to evaluate programs and coordinate long-term evaluation projects for community programs.
