"Came in for an injury. Didn't have a particular incident I could point to. Doctor Valerio said because of that, it wasn't workman's comp and thus I had to foot the bill. She never even looked at my records, since I have a previous injury on that same foot. Should have realized it was a pointless visit when she didn't even realize why I was there and had to go back and ask the nurse."
